Her most famous role is Alexandra Borgia in the Law & Order TV drama, which she starred in between 2005 and 2006. Parisse's other roles include Julia Lindsey Snyder in the soap opera As the World turns. Anna Maria Parisse, her great-grandmother and her name's keeper, gave her the stage name.
