Kari Wuhrer was born on April 28, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. Wuhrer's career began as she was still a teenager. Her most notable roles include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders and also Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter of Karin Noble (nee Noble), who works as a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). Her siblings include three. As a teenager she was a nightclub performer by sneaking from the house. At the Wooster School, at 13 years old She began her studies in acting. Then, at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Marymount Manhattan College at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, under the famous instructor Uta Hagen. Wuhrer was a student. She was born April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 in Brookfield Connecticut. She is the daughter the father of a German American and a mother who is German-American. Kari has 3 siblings. Kari was a nightclub singer as a teenager sneaking out of the house to sing. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School, then began her studies in drama at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari started performing at the age of a teenager. Her breakthrough occurred in 1987, when she was introduced to MTV Remote Control.
