Kristen Anne Bell, born on July 18, 1980, [1] in the USA is an American actress. Her acting career began by starring in stage productions while studying at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut in the role of Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and appeared in the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. After her appearance in the action thriller Spartan (2004), she was praised for her performance in Gracie's Choice (2004). In 2004 she made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Theresa in the comedy show The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer. In the following year, she was the role of the title character in the teen drama television series Veronica Mars (2004-2007). She was awarded critical acclaim for her performance and a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on television. The 2014 movie she reprised her character in the role of the main character in the 2019 revival. In her time in Veronica Mars, Bell starred in the role of Mary Lane in the musical film Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) as which was a reprise of the role she performed in the New York musical of the identical name.Bell played Elle Bishop in the superhero drama series Heroes from 2007 to the year 2008. Bell voiced the narrator in the title role on the Teen Drama Series Gossip Girl. She will reprise the role for the sequel in 2021. Bell was also the voice as Jeannie van de Hooven, the leading female character in the comedy series House of Lies. Bell was a part of Eleanor Shellstrop, the leading character on the critically acclaimed NBC comedy show The Good Place. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award. Bell played the role of Eleanor Shellstrop in the streaming show The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window. Her film debut was as the title character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008). Since then, she's appeared in many comedy films, including Couples Retreat (2009) as well as When in Rome (2010). Bell has gained more recognition as Princess Anna in the Disney animated film Frozen (2013). Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) and Frozen II (2019).
